Shipping of your package
All orders placed before 2pm are processed and shipped the same day (or within 24 hours), except weekends and holidays.
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated on your customer file. This is why medavenue.fr asks you to ensure the accuracy of the information entered when creating your account. It is also important to provide a telephone number where you can be reached (either by our team or by the carrier). Please use a cell phone number to facilitate the follow-up of your order.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the package (you can use the simulator by clicking on the basket and thus access the rates and the list of carriers).
The shipping costs include the preparation and packaging costs as well as the postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order.
