All items purchased at Medavenue are eligible for a return!

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange, receive a store credit, or request a refund (based on the carrier’s shipping date).

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund.

Refund Method: We offer refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, you can opt for an in-store credit if you prefer.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, which means it must be new in its box and unopened.

Return Instructions: To initiate a return, please fill out our online return form on our website. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service at [insert contact information] to request a return authorization.

Fees, if any: We are pleased to inform you that our exchange and return services are free. You will not be required to pay shipping fees for the return, restocking fees, or any other additional charges.

How to Make a Return?

1/ Submit Your Request

Please visit this page. Enter your postal code, order number, or package tracking number.

2/ Print the Prepaid Return Label

Print the prepaid label to attach to your package.

3/ Prepare Your Package

Place the item back in its packaging. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all delivered items and product tags still attached. The product should not have been worn, washed, or damaged. Then, put it in a package (e.g., the box or envelope received from Medavenue).

In the case of an exchange, if the requested exchange item is no longer in stock upon receiving the return package, it cannot be claimed. Medavenue will offer another item, a store credit, or a refund. Attach the prepaid label provided by Medavenue to your package.

4/ Ship the Package

Drop off your return at your local post office. It typically takes about 7 days from the return package drop-off to its receipt at our facilities.

Upon receiving your package in our warehouses, you will be notified via email, and the status of your return will be updated in your customer account.
